Products catalog(“the App”) is a local, offline product catalog and quote generator. It is designed for small businesses, traders, and sales representatives to manage product lists and create quotes without transmitting any data over the internet.
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle information — and the short answer is: we don’t collect any data from you.
2. Data Collection — None
- No personal information — We do not ask for, access, or store your name, email, phone number, location, or any identifier.
- No device data — We do not read device identifiers, IP addresses, or any system logs.
- No usage analytics — No tracking cookies, crash logs, or analytics tools are embedded.
- No third-party SDKs — The App does not include any advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs.
3. Local Storage Only
All information you enter into the App — such as product names, SKUs, prices, customer names, and generated quotes — is stored exclusively on your device in local storage (SQLite or SharedPreferences).
- This data never leaves your phone.
- No data is backed up to the cloud or any external server.
- You can clear all data at any time via Android Settings → Apps → Harvest General Traders → Storage → Clear data.

Harvest General Traders requests no special permissions.

5. How Your Data Is Used

- Generate quotes that you can view, copy, or share manually
- Keep a local history of quotes for your reference
All processing happens on your device. We do not have access to this data, nor do we process it remotely.
6. Third-Party Services
This App does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or cloud platforms. No data is sent to external servers.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our App does not target children under the age of 13, and since we collect no data of any kind, there is no risk of inadvertently collecting personal information from minors.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the “Effective date” at the top of this page. We recommend checking this page periodically, but since we do not collect data, changes will typically be minor clarifications.

- View or delete — All data is visible within the App and can be deleted directly (clear products, delete quotes, or clear app data).
- Export — You can manually copy quotes or product details as needed.
- No data retention — Since we store nothing externally, there is no data retention policy beyond your own device storage.
